In Atlantic City, NJ, they're planning to build a new casino called the "Pinnacle". They already demolished the building that used to be there.
Due to the recession/depression, they haven't been able to get financing. Now, there's just a vacant lot.
The amusing part is the location. It's at the intersection of Boardwalk and Park Place! They weren't able to afford to build a hotel there.
