There have been lots of "Tea Party" protests lately. There's greater awareness of "All taxation is theft!"
Unfortunately, calling it the "Tea Party" movement seems like a poor choice of name. The protesters are called "teabaggers", which is also a sexual slang term.
Rioting and protesting against taxes is a waste of time. A true agorist would not participate in a riot or protest, because that's calling attention to yourself. An agorist doesn't want to draw the attention of State enforcers.
A riot or protest is a waste of time. When you riot and protest, you're fighting the bad guys on their turf.
The correct behavior is to boycott the Federal Reserve and income tax. You should generate wealth outside the State slave economy. You shouldn't beg your masters for freedom. You should just take it directly yourself.

What worries me is that mainstream neocon republicans like 'Nalin Palin are trying to hi-jack the teaparty movement to cash in on the popularity. They will dilute and distort the meaning into a pro-state message. Just like you saw republicans stealing Ron Paul's wind on c-span infront of the financial services commitee looking tough while they chewed out ben bernanke. I call hi-jack!
I saw Sarah Palin saying "Government is too big! Taxes are too high!" rather than "All taxation is theft!"
The subversion is "Smaller government!" instead of "No government!"
Of course, the Republicans have zero credibility even for "Smaller government!"
Fortunately, the Internet allows people to bypass mainstream media censorship. A lot of people will be fooled, but I probably won't be fooled anymore.
I just had a thought. It is possible that Palin was sent by pro-state republicans to participate in the tea bagging not to hi-jack it but to discredit it. MSM already slanders Sarah Palin at every opportunity, she is basically a living joke. I'm not sure that anyone takes her seriously and most people seem to think she is a nut job.
Their hope is that people will see someone like Sarah Palin at the tea party protests and thing "jesus, that lady is too radical! I'd rather not be associated with her!"
